Privacy notice

This notice explains how Easy Strategy, a unit of Crystal Clarity Consultancy ("we"), handles personal data collected through easystrategy.in. We act as the Data Fiduciary for this data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Enquiry and booking forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, city, the turnover band you choose to share, and the message you write.
• Consultation bookings: the slot you choose and the details you give the booking page. Payments are handled by the payment gateway; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security. Our contact form keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for up to one hour to prevent spam.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.

Why we use it

We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct a consultation, issue invoices, and, if you engage us, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Consent and withdrawal

We process form data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@easystrategy.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, or records we must keep under law, such as tax invoices.

Who else handles your data

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Hostinger, for website hosting and email
• Our online booking provider, for scheduling consultations
• Our payment gateway, for collecting consultation fees

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of our last communication. Records relating to paid consultations and engagements are kept for as long as tax and other laws require.

Your rights

You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Grievances

Please write to info@easystrategy.in with the subject "Privacy". If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
