Growth strategy
A three-year plan the business can actually fund, staff and run.
The situation: Revenue has plateaued, or it is growing but margins and cash are not keeping up.
Most growth plans in owner-led businesses are sales targets with a spreadsheet attached. They rarely say which customers to chase, which products to drop, what capacity the plan needs, or how it will be funded.
Where it usually goes wrong
- Growth is pursued in every direction at once, so no line gets enough attention.
- Profitability is known only at the business level, not by customer or product.
- Working capital grows faster than sales, and the business runs short of cash while it is busy.
- The organisation that ran a ₹20 crore business is asked to run a ₹60 crore business unchanged.
How we work
We start with the numbers you already have, cleaned up enough to show contribution by customer, product and channel. From there we work with the promoters on a small number of explicit choices, then build the plan around capacity, people, systems and funding. The plan is reviewed quarterly against measures agreed at the start.
