Terms and refund policy

These terms apply to the use of easystrategy.in and to paid consultations booked through it. The service provider is Crystal Clarity Consultancy, of which Easy Strategy is a unit.

Paid consultations

• A consultation is a 60-minute session by video call or at our office, for a fee of ₹3,500, payable in advance.
• The consultation gives a general view based on the information you share in the session. It is not a detailed review of your records, and specific decisions should be taken after a full engagement or with your other professional advisers.
• If you engage us within 60 days of the consultation, the consultation fee is adjusted against the first invoice for that engagement.

No cancellation or refund

• Bookings cannot be cancelled once the fee is paid, and the fee is not refundable, including for sessions you do not attend.
• You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the session.
• If we need to cancel or cannot hold the session, we will offer a new time or a full refund, as you prefer. Such refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Engagements

Consulting engagements beyond the consultation are governed by a separate written engagement letter, which sets out scope, fees, timelines and confidentiality.

Governing law
